Shipping & Returns

Shipping time

Our dispatch time is 5-14 working days in Germany and EU countries. As soon as we receive your order, we will pack your artwork and get it ready for dispatch. For other shipping addresses, we cannot guarantee an exact shipping time. We will take care of this process as soon as possible.

Packaging & Safety

All of our artwork is shipped safely and insured.

We have some experience with shipping artwork and put a note on the packages for our shipping partners to handle the package with care.

Returns & reverse processing

Would you like to return your artwork?

All our items can be returned within 14 days. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. To obtain a return address, please contact zoe_mueller@hotmail.ch.

 

 

Did you receive a damaged package?

I am sorry if you received a damaged package. Please contact
and inform zoe_mueller@hotmail.ch immediately after receiving the artwork.
I will be happy to help you.

 

 

Did you receive an item you didn't order?

I apologize if you received the wrong item.
Please contact zoe_mueller@hotmail.ch and I will send you a return slip.

Customs duties

Please note that the price of the artwork does not include taxes/duties which may apply for shipping destinations outside of Germany and are therefore the responsibility of the buyer.

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

RETURNS

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If your purchase was made more than 30 days ago, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and the item must be in its original packaging.

In certain situations, only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable)
* Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Items returned after 30 days from delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to appear.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time for a refund to be posted to your account.
If you have done all of this and still have not received a refund, please contact us at zoe_mueller@hotmail.ch.

 

OFFER ARTICLES
A refund can only be made for regular priced items; unfortunately, promotional items are not eligible for a refund.

EXCHANGE
Exchanges will only be granted for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at zoe_mueller@hotmail.ch.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country in which you reside.

If you are sending an item valued over €30, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
